Executive Board

According to the strategic guidelines defined by the Board of Directors, the Pague Menos’ Statutory Executive Board is responsible for the operational management of the company’s business and currently comprises the following members:

Jonas Marques Neto Chief Executive Officer (CEO) January 04, 2024 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

Jonas Marques Neto. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having led strategic areas in multinational companies such as Bayer, Roche, ISDIN, and Stiefel Laboratories (a part of the GSK group). Before taking on the position of CEO at Pague Menos, the executive served as the president of Bayer’s Consumer Health division for the Australia and New Zealand markets, following the same role in the markets of Brazil and Italy. His experience also includes the presidency of Acessa, formerly ABIMIP (Brazilian Association of Nonprescription Drug Industry), vice-presidency of Assosalute (Associazione Nazionale Farmaci di Automedicazione – Italy), as well as being a Board Member of CHP (Consumer Healthcare Products – Australia). He is a psychologist, holds an Executive International MBA from FIA Business School with extensions in China and Europe, and has completed high management courses at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. There are no criminal or administrative convictions that would prevent him from holding executive positions.

Luiz Renato Novais Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO) May 04, 2023 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

Luiz Renato Novais. Accounting degree from the University of São Paulo [USP – Universidade de São Paulo], obtained in 2001, and also has a Graduate degree in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation [FGVSP – Fundação Getúlio Vargas], received in 2004. He started his professional auditing activities in 1998 at Arthur Andersen, a company that was later incorporated in Brazil by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he remained for 7 years until he reached the position of Audit Manager. In 2005 he took the position of Assistant Controller and the following year the position of Controller at McDonalds Brasil, where he participated in the Sarbanes Oxley Act certification, in the company’s sale process that took place in 2007 for the Arcos Dourados group and in the IPO held in 2010 at New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Between 2006 and 2011, he also held the position of Superintendent Director of McPrev (Private Pension Society for McDonalds employees). In 2011 he took the position of Financial and Information Technology Director at L’Occitane Brasil and in 2013 the position of CFO of the DPSP group, formed by Drogarias Pacheco and Drogaria São Paulo. In 2016, he joined the Company to assume the position of CFO and Investor Relations Officer. In 2019, he became Financial and Investor Relations Vice Chief Executive Officer.

Robledo de Andrade e Castro Chief Technology Officer (CTO) January 15, 2024 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

Robledo de Andrade e Castro. Graduated in Systems Analysis from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, with a master’s degree from Unicamp and specialization in project management, he has nearly 30 years of experience in the services and retail market, with a focus on technology. He has held positions as CIO and CTO in companies such as Companhia DPaschoal, Grupo Ri Happy, and Grupo Pão de Açúcar, leading strategies for digital transformation, omnichannel initiatives, and optimizing customer experience. Throughout his career, he has also gained experience in areas such as Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Corporate PMO, as well as involvement in M&A processes. He is a professor and speaker in courses and events related to Technology and Project Management, a member of the strategic IT committee of AMCHAM, and an author of project management courses.

Renato Camargo Nascimento Junior Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) May 04, 2023 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

Renato Camargo Nascimento Junior. Mr. Renato had a stint at RecargaPay, one of the top 5 FinTechs in Brazil, serving as Country Manager & CMO (Chief Marketing & Growth Officer). In this role, he was responsible for all Marketing & CX aspects, including Performance Growth both On & Offline (from Awareness to Acquisition, Retention & Loyalty), Customer & Market Intelligence (Research, Competition & Operations), CRM & BI, Advertising & Social Media, Partnerships, Visual Identity, Branding & Experience, and Customer Service for both B2B and B2C. He also worked for GPA (Grupo Pão de Açúcar) as Head of Marketing, overseeing relationship programs, customer platforms, and CRM for the Extra and Pão de Açúcar brands; at the Accor Group, as General Manager of Relationship Marketing, CRM, and Strategic Partnerships for Latin America. Additionally, he has experience with Gol Linhas Aéreas, Panrotas Editora, and Grupo White de Comunicação, and has served as an angel investor and advisor for early-stage startups. Renato holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM, as well as postgraduate studies in business administration and an MBA in business management, both from FGV. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Marketing, Digital, & Customer Relationship at Farmácias Pague Menos & Extrafarma.

Afro José Campos de Vasconcelos Director of Technology Infrastructure May 04, 2023 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

Afro José Campos de Vasconcelos. Data Processing degree from the Higher Education School of Technological Sciences of Fortaleza [Faculdade de Ciências Tecnológicas de Fortaleza], obtained in 2004. Certified in ITIL v2 and v3, COBIT 4.5 and ISO 27001 internal auditor. He started his activities in 1988 as an instructor in the Computing Data Center course. In 1992, he took over the Data Processing Management at F. J. Greggio Com. E REP and Development Manager at Lojas Paraiso from 1993 to 1998. In 1998, he created the company ATEC Consultoria e Informática, where he was ahead until 2002, when he joined the Pague Menos Pharmacies, as technology manager until 2019, when he was appointed Technology Director. Currently, He is the Director of Technology Infrastructure.

Gianni Dias Gill Director of Operations May 04, 2023 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

Gianni Dias Gill. He graduated in Marketing from Fatec/UCPel and completed a postgraduate degree in Retail Management from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). He began his professional career at Grupo Dimed, where he held various operational and commercial supervisory roles, eventually reaching the position of Regional Manager. In 2018, he joined Pague Menos as Operations Manager, later becoming Director of Operations in December 2019, a position he held for five months. In May 2020, he assumed the role of Executive of Operations at Grupo DPSP, where he stayed until July 2021, when he returned to the Company. Currently, he serves as our Director of Operations.

André Albuquerque Ferreira Pinto Bandeira Director of Operations May 04, 2023 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

André Albuquerque Ferreira Pinto Bandeira. He graduated in Business Administration from UNICE and holds an MBA in Commercial Management and Market Intelligence from Faculdade CDL. With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical retail sector, he began his career at Pague Menos in 2002 as a Management Trainee, progressing through roles such as Store Manager, Regional Manager, and Off-Store Operations Manager. He played a key role in the structuring and relaunching of Pague Menos’ e-commerce and home delivery operation in 2011. From 2017 to 2019, he served as Operations Manager in the North, Northeast, and Midwest regions. Currently, he is our Director of Operations.

Renan Vieira Barbosa Director of Sales December 21, 2023 1st BoD after 2025 AGM

Renan Vieira Barbosa. He graduated in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa in 2010 and completed an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2012. He specialized in Leadership at EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and in PMBOK Projects at the Javeriana University of Cali, Colombia. He began his career at the Institute of Management Development (INDG) in 2010 and later became a founding partner of the Aquila Institute. As a consultant, he worked for 9 years in Brazil and abroad, providing solutions for Excellence Teams, Competitive Intelligence through Goal Alignment, Integrated Matrix (Expense and Revenue Management), Virtual Process Factory Management, and Supply Chain Management in sectors such as Steel, Metallurgy, Food, Retail, and Transportation. He started his career at Pague Menos in 2018 as Executive Supply Manager and, in 2019, took on the role of Supply Director.
